She began her career in 2003 at the research firm CEAM.J-Conseil, where she remained a consultant on legal issues.

After a transition in the banking sector, especially at the COFIPA bank (current BCI), at the Development Bank of Central African States (BDEAC), and in the telecommunications sector (Celtel, current Airtel), she worked for two (2) years in the General Secretariat of the Government as Research Officer where she gained a wealth of experience in the analysis, synthesis and drafting of legislative and regulatory texts.

In 2009, she joined the Union of Employers and Interprofessionals of Congo (UNICONGO) where she held the positions of Deputy General Secretary and in charge of adherent members.

Within employers, its main task was to assist companies to the administrations (customs, taxes, trade, labor, industry etc.), and the analysis and monitoring of the legal files of companies. In addition, she has actively represented the employers in several institutions, including as permanent secretary of private sector at High Council of Public-Private Dialogue, secretary of services and investment working group to the national trade negotiation committee within the framework of the economic agreements between Central Africa and European Union, member of litigation committee, national intellectual property development and coordination committee etc.
