Inspired by the patterns of cracked stones and tree bark for the texture of her paintings, she is in love with the thoroughness and detailed work that offers the eloquence of a good balance between coldness and aggressiveness.
In 2016, Sardoine launched into contemporary art after having met Les Ateliers SAHM.
And since then she has been looking for direct experiments with specific materials, exploring their limitations and incorporating these challenges and transformations into her works.
In her research, she gradually abandoned the support of the classic canvas to work mainly on the plastic tarpaulin.
Accompanied by acrylic paints, felts, collages, charcoal, inks and papers, the way to a painting technique that is unique to it opens.
The symbolism manifested in his works, the explosion of colors, the androgynous characters sometimes devoid of hair or natural skin color symbolize a neutrality of race and gender.
Thus in her paintings, drawings and installations, she indexes the disappearance of a world, questions it, and reveals it in a part of inspired truth questions that are essential to her. Even better, she tries to betray the fickleness of this world, its evanescent nature, using her love of detail, from drawing to painting, from reality to infinity !
